How to use PowerPoint to PDF

  1. Add your presentation

Drop a .pptx file or choose it. Nothing is uploaded, it is read on your device.

  2. Choose what to include

Convert every slide or type a range such as 1-3, 5. Turn on hidden slides or speaker notes pages if you need them.

  3. Download the PDF

Each slide becomes one page of the same shape (16:9 or 4:3). A short list shows anything that was drawn simplified or skipped.

Frequently asked questions

Will the PDF look exactly like my slides?
Close for text, pictures, simple shapes and tables, but not identical. This is a lightweight converter that redraws slides itself, not PowerPoint. Charts, SmartArt, gradients, shadows and other effects are simplified or skipped, and the page after converting lists what was left out for each slide.
Can it convert old .ppt files?
No. Only .pptx is supported. Open the .ppt in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides and save or export it as .pptx first.
Which fonts are used?
Your fonts are not embedded. Each one is matched to the closest bundled sans-serif, serif or monospace font, and Vietnamese or other accented text uses a font that has those letters. Line breaks can differ slightly from PowerPoint.
What about animations, videos and transitions?
A PDF has none of them. Slides are drawn in their final state, and embedded video or audio is not included.
Is the text selectable and searchable?
Yes. Text is written as real text, not as a picture, so you can search, select and copy it.
Is my presentation uploaded?
No. The conversion runs in your browser and the file never leaves your device. There is no watermark and no page limit.
