Choose one sheet per page or all pages in one sheet, then download Excel (.xlsx) or CSV.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
Not directly. A scan is a picture, so there is no text to read. Run it through OCR PDF first, then convert the result.
Will the columns always be right?
Columns are found from the gaps between the text, which works well for plain tables. Tables with merged cells or text that wraps over several lines can need a fix, which is what the preview strip is for.
Are numbers real numbers in Excel?
Yes. Values like 1,234.56, (45) or 12% are written as numbers so you can sum them. Currency symbols are dropped, and codes with leading zeros stay text. Switch it off to keep everything as text.
Does it find table borders?
No. It looks at where the text sits, not at the drawn lines, so a table without borders works the same as one with borders.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Reading and building the file happen in your browser, and the page keeps working offline once loaded.
Is there a page limit or a watermark?
No watermark, no signup. Very large PDFs are limited only by your device memory.
