How to use Organize PDF

  1. Add your PDF

Drop the file or choose it. Every page appears as a thumbnail, even in a PDF with hundreds of pages.

  2. Arrange the pages

Drag a page to a new spot (on a phone, press and hold first). Use the buttons under a page to rotate, duplicate, insert a blank page after it or delete it. Add pages from another PDF or from pictures. Made a mistake? Press Undo.

  3. Save

Press Save PDF. You get one new PDF with the pages in the order you see them. Nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?
Drag a page thumbnail to its new position. With a keyboard, focus a page and press Alt + an arrow key. "Reverse order" flips the whole document in one click.
Can I add pages from another PDF or from images?
Yes. Press "Add PDF or images". The new pages are added at the end, then drag them where they belong. JPG, PNG and WEBP pictures each become one page.
Does it change the quality of my pages?
No. Pages are copied as they are, text stays selectable and images are not recompressed. Only the order, rotation and the pages you add or remove change.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The pages are read and rebuilt in your browser, so the file never leaves your device. It also works offline once the page has loaded.
What can it not do?
It cannot open a PDF that needs a password (remove the password first). Links and bookmarks that point to other pages, and form fields, may not survive when pages are moved between files. It does not edit text inside pages. Use the PDF editor for that.
Is there a page limit?
No fixed limit. Thumbnails load only for the pages on screen, so a PDF with 300+ pages stays smooth. Very large files are limited by your device memory.
