Frequently asked questions

Does converting to PDF reduce image quality?
JPG and PNG images are placed in the PDF exactly as they are, so there is no recompression. Other formats, and pictures you rotate, are re-encoded at high quality.
Can I put several images in one PDF?
Yes. Every image becomes one page, in the order shown. Add as many as your device memory allows.
Why does my phone photo come out sideways in other tools?
Phones store the rotation in the photo’s metadata. This tool reads it and turns the picture upright before it goes into the PDF.
Which page size should I use?
Use A4 outside the US and Letter in the US and Canada. "Fit image" makes every page exactly as large as its picture, which suits scans and screenshots.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The PDF is built on your device and your images never leave it.
